Product Overview

The Vacuum Microwave Electrodeless UV lamp System is designed for gas treatment, photocatalysis, photo-oxidation, vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) research, and material surface treatment applications. The system features a fully enclosed structure that effectively prevents the leakage of microwaves, ultraviolet radiation, and ozone, ensuring operator and workplace safety.

The reactor chamber can accommodate samples up to 40 mm in diameter and 400 mm in height. Six microwave electrodeless UV lamps are arranged in a circular configuration around the sample, providing uniform UV irradiation.

The system is equipped with three independent control switches, each controlling two lamps, allowing flexible adjustment of irradiation intensity and exposure angles to meet various experimental requirements.

A vacuum-capable design enables efficient utilization of vacuum ultraviolet radiation generated by electrodeless lamps, including wavelengths below 200 nm such as 185 nm and 172 nm.
